A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent positions. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, along with an excellent commission structure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a passion for the recruitment field, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Due to organisational restructur, Enbarr is looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to support the Contract and Permanent Team.
This Recruitment Executives job will cover the full 360 end to end recruitment cycle from resourcing the candidate to assisting the client through the whole interview and acceptance process and then supporting the client and candidate through the transitional period.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity to create and expand your own desk as well as working with an established supportive team. Our client is looking for an experienced and adaptable recruitment consultant who is looking for a fast-paced environment to thrive in.
Experience of having previously recruited for a Professional desk or Skilled / Engineering desk is preferred however experience of running any temporary, contract or perm desk will be considered.
With a fresh vibrancy about the business, this is a great opportunity to really progress within the recruitment arena with the potential opportunity to open up further franchises further down the line.
This is not a 'typical' recruitment role, Enbarr is not just KPI driven but is compelled to support the best needs and outcomes of the candidate and client alike.
You will be required to be a self-starter and motivated to grow your desk, although there is already established business to grow presently in place.

Minimum: - Graduate, or someone ideally with 2 years experience of CV Analysis, Head Hunt, and CV Database Management, as well as Marketing Utilising Social Networking.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English is required.
