A leading Main Contractor based in Kent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee new build education projects, including a £14m RC frame hall and music block. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project management within reputable firms, having experience with high-scale projects and possessing relevant certifications. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on significant and rewarding projects in the education sector.
A leading Main Contractor that have been operating for over 90 years’ are currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The company have a great reputation in the industry for delivering high quality projects across a number of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.
They are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects in the education sector. The initial project is a £14m, RC frame, new build hall and music block, with high end joinery finishes.
The company have a number of other similar projects in the pipeline and are therefore looking for a Project Manager that has a proven track record overseeing many projects like this one.
