I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large new build residential project in Berkshire.

The company have been around for many years and have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a new build residential project in Berkshire, comprising 190+ units; RC frame block up to 10 storeys. The project is tight logistically and requires a strong Project Manager that has delivered similar projects from start to finish.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a Project Manager
• Experience overseeing projects from inception through to completion
• RC frame experience
• Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Good longevity with previous employers
• Health & Safety conscious
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to Berkshire on a daily basis
