The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance in the mortgage and non-investment insurance sectors, requiring strong communication and detail-oriented skills. You will collaborate with operational teams and senior management to strengthen compliance frameworks and provide an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with proven experience in the mortgage and non-investment insurance industry to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that OneDome group operates in line with all regulatory obligations, internal policies, and industry best practices, while continuing to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
As Compliance Officer, you will play a vital part in embedding a culture of compliance across the business. You will work closely with operational teams, senior management, and external regulators. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will contribute directly to strengthening our compliance framework and ensuring we remain aligned with industry regulations.
