📢Compliance Administrator Required – Cannock (WS11)

Tudor Employment Agency is recruiting for aCompliance Administratorto join our client’s team in Cannock.

You will play a key role in providing account and operational support for Compliance Scheme Members – handling collection requests, admin tasks, and customer enquiries related to the collection and treatment of end-of-life waste electricals.

Your Main Duties as a Compliance Administrator:

  • Generate invoices for clients
  • Assist with quotations
  • Liaise with customers on collection requests – resolve failed collections, disputes & concerns
  • Prepare backing sheets for large invoicing
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to drive customer service & business growth
  • Communicate effectively via calls, texts & emails – following processes
  • Collaborate with team members to complete invoicing & PO matching tasks
  • Support Credit Control to resolve disputes & ensure timely payments
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
