A leading demolition contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee health and safety across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH/NCRQ qualified and have significant experience in Demolition or Construction. You will be responsible for driving safety culture and managing risk assessments. This role includes a salary of £55-65,000 and requires travel.

- IT literate and able to write reports.
- Strong character with the ability to build relationships.

- Drive the Health & Safety agenda with teams.

Formation
A leading Demolition contractor are looking for you to become their Health & Safety Manager, based on multiple sites nationwide. Due to the nature of the project and risk portfolio, you must have demonstrable experience in Demolition, Construction or a related sector.
- Reporting directly to the Head of HSEQ, you will be responsible for all aspects of health and safety in this company and on site.
- Liaising with project managers and ultimately influence the safety culture across the site
- Writing risk assessments and method statements
- Controlling associated demolition hazards, such as dust, vibration and noise control
- Performing site inspections and audits
- Driving the Health & Safety agenda with site and project teams
- NEBOSH/NCRQ-qualified (ESSENTIAL)
- IT literate and able to write reports
- Able to deliver in-house training where applicable
- A strong character with the ability to build relationships
- Experienced in Demolition or Construction (ESSENTIAL)
This is an excellent opportunity for a health and safety specialist to take the next step in their career and join a leading demolition contractor. You will earn a salary of between £55-65,000 plus vehicle and will be joining them at a time of considerable and sustained growth. Due to the geography of the projects you must be willing to travel.
