An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse to join our innovative and forward‑thinking Integrated Care Team of Community Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, Social Care and Allied Health Care Professionals in Perth and Kinross. In this role you will collaborate closely with a range of services and care for a diverse group of patients, helping deliver the right care, in the right place, at the right time. We prioritise flexible, agile working while maintaining high‑quality care, seven days a week.
