Join us full‑time or part‑time, in a substantive position. Our service operates from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, offering flexibility in working hours. An additional team of nurses and HCAs offers a robust, reactive evening and night nursing team.
This post is eligible for a Golden Hello payment of £2,750 for new starters who are external to the Trust. This is payable in three instalments over a two‑year period. This payment is only eligible to new starters who do not already hold a contract of employment with the Trust. This post also includes paid enhancements for unsocial hours working during night, weekends and bank holidays.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), and will be deducted from your salary over the first two months of employment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
Sherwood community nursing is seeking an experienced and dynamic healthcare support worker to join the Edwinstowe team in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
30 hours per week, permanent.

This post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled Worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change.
