A healthcare provider in Scarborough is seeking a Band 3 Assistant Practitioner Apprentice to join a multi-disciplinary community team. This role involves delivering clinical care under supervision, conducting patient assessments, and applying rehabilitation techniques. Applicants should have a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. The apprenticeship offers hands-on experience and professional development within a supportive environment focused on community healthcare provision.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Assistant Practitioner Apprentice to be an integral member of our multi-disciplinary community based team working across the patch of Scarborough and Ryedale (post base is Scarborough).
To succeed in this role you will need to be passionate about community healthcare provision, able to tackle key priorities with enthusiasm and have the tenacity to deliver in an ever changing environment. Already established relevant community clinical competencies are desirable for this post. Study time and University days are allocated in your working hours contract.

Upon Successful completion of level 5 apprenticeship, you will progress into the Band 4 role and be expected to deliver clinical care delegated by a registered professional and contribute to the assessment and evaluation of person centre care plans.
