An organization supporting families is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Early Help and Support Teams. The role involves assessing family needs, providing direct support, and collaborating with various partners to promote well-being outcomes. Candidates should have a relevant educational background and experience working with vulnerable populations. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. The role offers a permanent contract in a flexible working environment.

The Children & Family Service has completed a service redesign to ensure services offer both an early help and support alongside core statutory services to improve outcomes for children, young people and families in Fife. Early Help and Support Teams (EH&S Teams) will be based across the 7 localities in Fife, delivering a range of earlier intervention services to children in need to address wellbeing needs, concerns and emerging risks. The support will consist of a family‑based assessment, direct 1‑1 support, family decision making and a range of group work opportunities. The core components of the EH&S Teams are outlined below:

The post involves some lone working, working flexibly.
Educated to SCQF Level 7 which includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent in one of the relevant fields of childcare, social care, health or community development.
