Salary: £35- £37 / Hour

Reablement Physiotherapist

Kent are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join a well‑structured and dynamic reablement team. The client offers a full‑time or part‑time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3–6 months with potential for extension.

Main Duties
  • Assessing clients on the Reablement Pathway for up to 6 weeks in the community
  • General rehabilitation of people with reduced function and mobility, working towards their individual goals to regain independence
  • Working with individuals in our D2A bedded unit to increase mobility and safety
To Be Successful
  • Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist in the community
  • Reablement experience / D2A experience
  • Manual handling experience
  • HCPC Registration
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Physiotherapist Qualification
