A health organization in Wales is seeking a Personal Assistant for the East Leadership Team. The role involves coordinating directors' diaries, supporting service planning, and requires excellent administrative skills. Candidates should have NVQ 3 or equivalent and experience in a high-level administrative role, preferably within the NHS. This position offers a flexible working location within Wrexham and Mold, fostering an environment for skill development and teamwork.
We are expanding our East Integrated Health Community Administrative Team serving the Communities of Wrexham and Flintshire.
Working closely with our IHC Directors, this role is critical to our plan to deliver clinically led services to our population.
With a flexible base location and working across sites within Wrexham and Mold, our experienced and friendly administrative team share a portfolio of roles, creating a supportive environment to develop skills and expand experience.
The successful candidate will coordinate Director Diaries, agenda and minute local and network meetings, support planning and transformation of our services.
Previous experience of working within an NHS setting with knowledge of organising local governance meetings would be an advantage.
Knowledge of working with Microsoft packages is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
