Job summary
A compassionate household in the UK seeks a Personal Assistant/Carer to support a 15-year-old girl with complex care needs. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with healthcare needs, and fostering independence. Ideal candidates will be caring and reliable, with a flexible schedule. Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. An enhanced DBS check is required and funded by the employer.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support with complex healthcare needs such as Epilepsy and diabetes.
- Administer medication as required (training provided).
- Assist with social activities and community engagement.

Caring, patient, and committed to supporting young people with additional needs. - Previous experience in care or working with children with complex needs is desirable but not essential-full training will be provided.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy.
- Reliable and flexible with good communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS check required (This will be funded by the employer).
