We are looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager who is passionate, innovative, and experienced in the web3 space to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web3 technologies and a proven ability to execute effective marketing strategies across various digital channels.

Role Overview

As the Web3 Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts in the web3 space, from strategy development to execution. You will play a key role in positioning World Mobile as a leader in the blockchain and web3 sectors by leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, community engagement, and brand development.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment. You will need to be highly creative, data‑driven, and passionate about the future of web3 and its impact on the traditional industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute World Mobile’s web3 marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on web3 platforms, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid media.
  • Support our Community Manager in developing community engagement initiatives within the blockchain and web3 space, ensuring a strong, positive brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Tech, Token, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and communicates World Mobile’s vision and value proposition effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, using data to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the web3 ecosystem, including KOLs, media, and industry partners.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in web3 marketing, blockchain, and digital technologies.
Requirements
  • 3‑5 years’ experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on web3 or blockchain technologies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns in the web3 space.
  • Deep understanding of web3 platforms, blockchain technology, and the telco industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft engaging stories and articulate complex concepts.
