A fast-growing natural health brand in the UK is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives, focusing on organic content and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of startup experience, strong writing skills, and is proficient in social media management. This role offers a chance to impact brand direction in a supportive team environment. The position supports a hybrid working model and competitive salary range from £27,000 to £35,000.
Gutology is one of the UK’s fastest-growing natural health brands, built on the belief that the future of health lies in the microbiome.
The company began as The Gutology Podcast, created to make gut science accessible through expert-led conversations. Today, Gutology has evolved into a fast-scaling consumer brand, translating science into everyday, microbiome-first consumables that support real, lasting health. Following significant recent investment, Gutology is entering an exciting new phase of growth, expanding across the UK into new territories, retail channels, and product categories. Despite this momentum, we remain a small, close-knit group of passionate people. We move fast, think out-side of the box, and care deeply about the quality and impact of what we build. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-led brand at a pivotal moment of scale.
We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and highly organised Junior Marketing Manager to support across every area of marketing and brand, with a strong focus on organic content, customer storytelling, email marketing, retention, community growth and podcast production.
You’ll work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, playing a hands‑on role in growing our reach, understanding our customers deeply, and shaping Gutology’s voice and story across multiple channels. This role blends creativity with strategy — from writing engaging emails and nurturing our community, to using customer insight to improve retention and long-term loyalty.
If this role excites you and you see yourself shaping and scaling CRM at a growing wellness brand, we’d love to hear from you. Share your CV and a short note explaining why this opportunity feels right for you.
