The Youth Hub Coordinator will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of the Young Person Skills & Employment Hub based at Nelson College London's Broadstairs campus (Northwood Road). The role will ensure that the Hub provides a professional, inclusive, and supportive environment where young people aged 16-25 can access employability services, skills development, and progression opportunities.
The Youth Hub Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for Hub operations, liaising with DWP Work Coaches, NCL staff, employers, and community partners. The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure the Hub operates smoothly, delivers measurable outcomes, and meets all compliance requirements.
The successful candidate should have the knowledge and competence required for standard acceptable performance in carrying out this role.
