We are seeking someone with a proven track record in customer‑focused, target‑driven sales, ideally with estate agency or housebuilding experience, who combines a strong commercial mindset with exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.

This role is more than sales. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a major life decision with care and confidence. Success comes from balancing customer needs with business goals, proactively managing your pipeline, and driving measurable results, all while being part of a high‑performing, agile team shaping the future of retirement living.
