• Manage inventory, bookings, logistics, and hub facilities to support subscribers, pass holders, and high-profile guests.
• Assist with event planning and delivery, including quarterly forums and day-to-day meetings.
• Support marketing communications and community engagement.
• Provide monthly reporting on hub usage, engagement and event satisfaction.
