A regional healthcare provider in Ipswich is hiring an enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This full-time role offers support to operational leadership while providing financial advice and analysis. The ideal candidate will hold a CCAB or CIMA qualification and have experience in business partnering. Flexible working arrangements are available, and opportunities for part-time work will be considered.

Finance Business Partner – An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team on a full‑time basis. The finance team has recently been restructured, and this is therefore an exciting time to join a progressive and dynamic team. The role reports directly to the Head of Financial Management and will support a designated NSFT operational Locality team within the Trust, playing a key supporting role with the Senior Operational Leadership team.
Required qualifications: CCAB, CIMA or overseas equivalent accountancy qualification. Business partnering experience is essential, though previous NHS or wider public sector experience is not mandatory. The formal base may be either Ipswich or Norwich on appointment, and it will be possible to work part of the time from home. NSFT supports flexible working and will consider part‑time and flexible working requests in filling this role. Secondments from other NHS organisations are warmly welcomed.
