Hybrid 2 days in a DXC office either Erskine, Newcastle or Farnborough

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity and contingent workforce planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners.
