Tax Manager - M&A Management Advisory

London / Hybrid | £85,000 + car + bonus + excellent benefits

Are you a tax professional with strong exposure to deals and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of transactions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in London as they continue to grow their M&A Management Advisory team.

About the Role

As a Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting transactions from start to finish-advising on the design and implementation of employee incentive schemes, contributing to tax due diligence, and assisting with structuring projects across a range of deals.

You’ll work closely with Senior Managers and Directors while taking increasing ownership of client relationships, project delivery, and the development of junior team members.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting tax due diligence projects across M&A and Private Equity transactions
  • Assisting with tax structuring work, identifying risks and opportunities for clients
  • Advising on the design and implementation of incentive schemes for management teams
  • Managing workstreams within larger engagements and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the broader deal advisory network
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
This Role Is for You If You Have:
  • Experience in tax advisory with exposure to transactions or Private Equity environments
