Are you a tax professional with strong exposure to deals and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of transactions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in London as they continue to grow their M&A Management Advisory team.
As a Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting transactions from start to finish-advising on the design and implementation of employee incentive schemes, contributing to tax due diligence, and assisting with structuring projects across a range of deals.
You’ll work closely with Senior Managers and Directors while taking increasing ownership of client relationships, project delivery, and the development of junior team members.
