A Tier 1 Major Contractor in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to support major projects ranging from £30M to £100M. This permanent role offers opportunities for advancement in a secure environment. The ideal candidate has over 10 years in Quantity Surveying, is degree qualified or RICS chartered, and possesses strong commercial awareness and networking abilities within the industry.
Our client is a Tier 1 Major Contractor who now have a pipeline of major projects, some exceeding £50- £80M within the East of Scotland over the next 4-6 years.
The projects include complex Commercial Building and mixed use Commercial & Public sector Schemes which have been designed by a highly experienced Design team of Architects and Engineers.
To support the existing Commercial management team, they now require an experienced “Pre-Construction Manager” with a Senior Commercial background within Main Contracting to support the front-end Pre-Construction phase of a range of Major project in and around Edinburgh ranging from £30M to £100M.
The successful Senior QS / Pre Construction Manager will have the following experience and abilities:
