Purpose of Position

This role is part of our Management Associate Program is designed to develop future finance leaders by providing immersive experience across critical financial functions. This structured rotational program equips associates with valuable insights into Commercial Finance, Business Performance & Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis, enabling them to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence. You will be assigned to a manager for coaching, training, and execution

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Strategic Finance:

• Optimize finance processes and reporting structures to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales) to align financial goals with business priorities.
• Develop and implement cost control measures, ensuring sustainable financial management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for key decision-making.

Commercial Finance & Business Performance:

• Support commercial and project activities for account teams, ensuring value optimization for customers.
• Establish frameworks to assess and enhance business performance, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and financial impact assessments.
• Maintain pricing models in alignment with pre-defined frameworks (e.g., price calculators).
• Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, investment decisions, and financial feasibility studies.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Analyze budget variances and work with stakeholders to refine financial strategies.
• Develop financial dashboards to provide insights on revenue performance, profitability, and cost efficiency.

• You should have a relevant Degree in Accountancy , Applied Computing in Financer, Business Analytics etc
