Salary: £35k - £40k DOE
Hours: 8am-6pm Mon-Fri, min 3 days office based (inc a Monday or a Friday) after probation/training
A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a proactive, B2B-focused Telephone Account Manager / Sales Support to join their busy sales team. This is a hands‑on role managing client accounts, driving adoption, and spotting opportunities to grow revenue.
This is an additional role to strengthen their team due to expansion and offers a great stepping stone to move into an Account Manager based role within 12-18 months.
The Sales Support/Account Manager will have some internal sales experience and will see you working closely with the Business Development Account Managers. You will be responsible for taking the volume requests away from the account managers. You will liaise with the internal support team who deal with all the incoming tickets to produce quotes. These quotes are produced using MS Dynamics CRM System.
