Job Introduction We are looking for a kind, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a valued member of the care team, you will provide essential support to both patients and colleagues, helping to ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified experience for everyone in your care. You will be working as part of a multi-professional team in an inpatient setting, providing care, support, and treatment to individuals in line with the guidelines and protocols set out for your role. Whether you’re assisting with daily activities, supporting clinical tasks, or simply offering reassurance and companionship, your contribution will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we care for. As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide kind and respectful care in line with individual care plans, supporting patients under the guidance of a registered practitioner. Your role is centred on the patient-ensuring their voice is heard and involving them, and their carers, in decisions about their care. Working within an inpatient setting, you’ll help deliver day-to-day support, monitor wellbeing, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
