After School Childcare Hub Lead

Salary: £5,983.00 per annum (approx)

10 hours per week – Term Time Only
3:15pm – 5:15pm

We are looking for an After School Hub Lead to join our friendly wraparound care team. If you have a passion and commitment to ensure our children have good quality after school care then we would love to hear from you! This post would also be suitable for a college student who is looking for a career in childcare.

• Can provide inclusive, fun and engaging care for our children, including games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
• Proactive, responsible and able to follow procedure. The children in our care are our responsibility and we have protocols and policies to follow. The After School Lead will implement these with team members.
• Willing to engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community.
• Wishes to work in an organisation with strong ethical values and is willing to work with us to ensure that The Elliot Foundation Values are embedded.
