Job description
Outpatient Team Leader – Children’s Services

An exciting opportunity to support the CUH Paediatric Services by working closely with the Clinic Coordinator, Clinical Team and the Administration Team. You will manage the Reception Team, validate the Outpatient waiting list and ensure patients are booked for their Clinic appointments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Support the professional administration of CUH Paediatric Services to all users including patients, relatives and colleagues.
  • Manage the Reception Team in Clinic, validate the Outpatient waiting list and ensure timely booking of Clinic appointments.
  • Work with the Clinic Coordinator to guarantee smooth operation of Clinic 6, Weston Centre and Child Development Centre.
  • Supervise booking and Reception staff, ensuring quality work performance at all times.
  • Introduce new and improved processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Work flexibly, prioritise workload and cope with conflicting demands, using excellent communication, organisational skills and high computer literacy.
