Water Quality Scientist — Cardiff, South Wales. Office based but some work from home is available. Salary £39-40K, 25 days leave, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri with occasional standby rota. Fixed Term Contract for 1 year.

The role involves working in a small team responsible for ensuring water delivered to customers meets quality and legal standards. This includes water quality investigation projects, risk assessments and water resource planning.

• Work in a small team of 4 to ensure water quality and compliance.
• Carry out water quality investigation projects and data analysis to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to risk assessments and water resource planning activities to maintain service quality.
• Support customer satisfaction and compliance with water quality standards through a range of tasks.

• Degree in a relevant water quality related subject.
• Working background in a water quality related position.
• Willing to work in a 1 year fixed term contract position.
