Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Catering Supervisor / Head Chef located in West Yorkshire. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of catering services across the College campus.
- Lead and support catering staff, including rota management, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
- Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and cost control.

Education
Role: Catering Supervisor / Head Chef | Location: West Yorkshire | Contract: Full-time, Temporary | Salary: 20 - 30 per hour

- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
- Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and cost control.
- Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that meet a range of dietary requirements.
- Support with hands-on chef duties when required.
- Experience in a large-scale catering establishment.
- Strong supervisory/management experience in a catering setting.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high standards of food and customer service.
- Level 3 qualification in Catering (or equivalent) and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Experience in an educational or college environment.
- Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
