Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through their highs and lows. Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best outcomes for our residents. As a team leader, you will be motivated by making positive changes, no matter how small, and celebrating these moments.
You will oversee daily care, ensure smooth operations, and support staff to meet high standards. You’ll be prepared to deputize for the Registered and Deputy Managers. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and support is key. You will also provide leadership that inspires your team.

Experience isn’t necessary—just a positive attitude, empathy, resilience, a UK driving license held for at least 12 months, and the Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.
New team leaders will join our ‘Care Academy’ for four weeks of training with experienced professionals to prepare for supporting young people.
