Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Claims Handler to join our team in Manchester. The role is initially office-based due to claims and system access requirements, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement—two days per week from home—after training.

This position offers excellent opportunities for personal development, with potential career progression towards becoming a Loss Adjuster or moving into more technical claims roles, supported by guidance and mentoring.

You will be responsible for handling claims up to £50k from start to finish, including negotiation, settlement, and repudiations. Your duties will include recording new losses, providing policy advice, managing loss adjusters and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have previous claims handling experience, excellent customer service skills, and ideally be CII qualified or willing to work towards it.
