Responsibilities

  • Investigate and negotiate motor incidents for liability and settlement.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Respond to client correspondence and phone calls within service standards.
  • Review estimates, invoices, and total loss reports.
  • Maintain claim files to meet FCA and GDPR regulations.
  • Utilize partner portals for proactive claims management.
