• Experience handling complex US Property Binder claims in the London market.

Responsibilities

• Determine validity, extent of coverage, liability, and quantum positions.
• Drive resolution of complex claims, attending arbitrations or trials if needed.
• Maintain and report adequate financial provisions for all claims.
• Manage recovery, subrogation, and salvage opportunities proactively.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Provide high-quality reporting of individual claims and events.
• Advance understanding of the regulatory context in the market.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and legal advisers.
• Escalate issues and manage concerns to resolution.
