- Lead full product lifecycle: strategy, launch, commercialization, registration, tender support, performance tracking, and discontinuation.
- Align portfolio strategy with global/regional direction while driving local execution and prioritization.
- Deeply understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape integrated go‑to‑market plans.
- Define clear, compelling value propositions tailored to customer segments and channels.
- Develop locally relevant marketing content — especially tender‑related materials, sales collateral, and digital assets.
- Ensure sales enablement through tools, training, and pricing guidance aligned with global frameworks.

- 5–7 years in MedTech marketing or product management — technical marketing expertise preferred.
- Experience operating in multi‑country environments (beyond UK/Nordics).
