Responsibilities
- Assist Marketing Department to achieve company goals.
- Update financial reports and budget tracking.
- Maintain routine sales performance reports.
- Manage stock levels of marketing collateral.
- Assist with the creation and development of campaign plans.

Our client, an international manufacturing company, are looking to recruit a creative and dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the team and help develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the company brand.
- Assisting the Marketing Department to achieve company goals.
- Updating financial reports, budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintaining of routine sales performance reports.
- Maintenance of routine customer engagement reports on behalf of CRM Manager.
- Producing routine digital reports.
- Maintenance of routine promotional performance reports.
- Liaise with accounts to ensure supplier invoices are paid.
- Maintain and manage stock levels of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, stands and promotion items, ready for distribution.
- Assist with the creation and development of campaign plans.
- Collation of statistics to support department KPI’s.
- Support with distribution of marketing materials.
- React quickly to daily incoming requests, ensuring traditional, digital and social media coverage is maximised.
- Other ad hoc duties as demanded by the business.
