The Efficiency and Clinical Productivity team supports this through a focus on improving productivity and sustainability through core activities such as FIP delivery and efficiency plans, and the successful delivery of major change programmes that will deliver multi‑year productivity improvement.

The Head of Efficiency and Clinical Productivity role supports the delivery of this portfolio of work through leading a business‑partnering team aligned to one of the Group’s Health Units with responsibility for delivering cross‑cutting group‑wide programmes. The role will develop the local and strategic relationships required to enable health units to drive the integrated development of efficiency and productivity opportunities and their delivery.
