A leading damage restoration company in London seeks a Change Manager to drive transformation using the ADKAR methodology. BELFOR provides a comprehensive service for a variety of insurance companies by reinstating their customers homes after flood or fire damage and is undergoing rapid growth primarily in London. The role is required to lead and manage the people-side of change associated with people process and system change in the company in 2026 this will involve supporting the implementation of a new ERP solution ensuring successful adoption and sustained transformation across the business.
This role will focus on driving outcomes through the ADKAR change management framework aligning stakeholders and embedding new ways of working that support operational excellence and customer service in the insurance restoration and reinstatement sector.
Change Leadership & Strategy :
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy using the ADKAR model to support the implementation of change of change. Champion the transformation vision and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. Translate technical system changes into business impacts and actionable change plans.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :
Identify and engage key stakeholders across departments ensuring awareness desire and knowledge are built effectively. Design and deliver targeted communications that support each stage of the ADKAR model. Facilitate feedback loops to monitor sentiment and readiness throughout the transformation journey.
Training & Capability Building :
Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver role-specific learning interventions. Ensure users have the ability and reinforcement mechanisms to adopt new processes and tools. Monitor post-training adoption and address capability gaps.
Change Impact & Readiness Assessment :
Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect roles processes and systems. Develop mitigation plans to address resistance and readiness challenges. Track and report on change readiness metrics and adoption KPIs.
