A global food and nutrition company is seeking a Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager in Greater London. The Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager, Sustainability Regulatory Compliance Program, leads regulatory change management for packaging compliance across Europe, North America, and Australia. This role serves as the regulatory knowledge hub within Mars Food & Nutrition, ensuring adherence to evolving regulations while advancing the company’s sustainability vision through collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
The Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager possesses in‑depth expertise in sustainability regulations across Europe, North America, and Australia, including packaging composition, labelling, environmental claims, and product communication. Leveraging technical, project management, change management, and problem‑solving skills, the role operates with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. The Manager collaborates extensively with internal stakeholders—such as R&D, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Activity Management and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs—at global and market level, as well as with external partners. By providing leadership and strategic guidance on regulatory matters, the role influences stakeholder positions, ensures alignment with business and functional objectives, and proactively introduces regulatory scenarios to safeguard the company’s license to operate and drive innovation.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
