A prominent care service provider in Highweek is seeking a Team Leader to provide direct support and leadership within their service. The ideal candidate should have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care with at least one year’s post-qualification experience. Responsibilities include managing care teams, ensuring compliance with care standards, and maintaining person-centred care. The role also offers competitive hourly pay, alongside additional sleep-in and on-call shift allowances, along with benefits like a company pension, Blue Light Card, and employee assistance.

- At least one year’s experience in health and social care after Level 3.
