- Source and purchase quality used vehicles through a variety of channels.
- Analyse market trends, stock performance, and pricing to optimise profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure all vehicles meet BMW's exacting quality and brand standards.
- Manage the appraisal and valuation process with accuracy and transparency.
- Proven experience in vehicle purchasing, remarketing, or stock management (preferably within a franchised dealership).
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- A proactive, commercial mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- A full UK driving licence.
- £31,500 basic salary + £30,000 OTE.
