Location: Northampton

Salary: £31,500 basic + £30,000 OTE (per annum)

Hours: Monday to Friday

What you’ll do:

• Source and purchase quality used vehicles through a variety of channels.
• Analyse market trends, stock performance, and pricing to optimise profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure all vehicles meet BMW's exacting quality and brand standards.
• Manage the appraisal and valuation process with accuracy and transparency.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in vehicle purchasing, remarketing, or stock management (preferably within a franchised dealership).
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• A proactive, commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• A full UK driving licence.
