Requirements:
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in paid and unpaid acquisition for a consumer product
Responsibilities (ranked by priority):
- Analyze data to understand performance, identify trends, and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR) to the founding team
- Create and execute ambassador program from scratch
- Develop and implement strategy for community to create UGC
- Manage influencer partnerships, propose, test, and optimize new strategies
- Strategize and execute social media content planning and publishing. Manage brand presence by actively engaging with comments across all channels
- Spearhead in-person show campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Plan and execute in-app campaigns and promos
- Own end-to-end paid ads, primarily on FB / IG
