Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, competent and experienced Branch Administrator to join a highly successful Estate Agency and support their busy sales team based at their offices in Stoke Newington.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in administration and, critically, have previous very recent experience in Estate Agency.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

You will need to be confident working within a busy sales and lettings team as well as working on your own.

The Company: Our client is established independent company with offices in the Highbury area. It operates as one of the market leading agencies in the area.

• Previous experience in Residential Sales and Lettings administration
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of property sales procedures
• Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability
• Excellent telephone manner
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
