Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Branch Manager to lead the DCA Office in Ashmore, England. You will manage the daily operations, develop person-centered support plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a CQC registered manager and a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. This role comes with a salary of £36,972 per annum plus a car allowance and a range of benefits including a funded Blue Light Card and health plans.

Job Summary

Registered Branch Manager leading the DCA Office in Ashmore. Work with local authorities, health professionals and families to support people in gaining independence and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day running of services
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments
  • Recruit, induct, supervise and appraise new colleagues
  • Complete medication competencies, medication audits, quarterly audits and reports
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Effectively manage P&L of services
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met and policies are adhered to
  • Participate in on-call rota (subject to service needs)

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
