A leading consulting and engineering firm is seeking a proactive Facilities & Compliance Manager to oversee Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across multiple UK offices. This role requires expertise in compliance adherence and high-level contractor management, ensuring safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have IOSH Managing Safely qualification and experience with CAFM and BMS systems. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

- Proficient in using CAFM and BMS systems.
- Must efficiently handle customer queries and complaints.
- Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience in maintaining facility Health and Safety files.
Responsabilités
- Manage Hard and Soft FM contracts to meet standards and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
- Oversee daily facilities management and contractor works.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance and support project management.
- Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
