Responsibilities

• Manage Hard and Soft FM contracts to meet standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
• Oversee daily facilities management and contractor works.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance and support project management.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
