Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Epsom is seeking an Air Conditioning Manager to oversee complex projects from planning to full delivery. This position reports directly to the Ops Director and is crucial in driving the AC & Renewables company forward. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing air conditioning projects, a strong understanding of ventilation systems, and possess the ambition to grow within the organization. Competitive salary of £85,000 plus a comprehensive package is offered.
Qualifications
- Experience leading air conditioning projects from start to finish.
- Ability to handle procurement, invoicing, and client variations.
- Strong management skills to deliver projects and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead air conditioning and renewables projects effectively.

- We are currently looking for someone who can take the reigns and lead the AC & Renewables company forward. The role would be reporting directly into the Ops Director.
- You will lead complex air conditioning projects from start to finish : planning and programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, supply chain & final accounts, client variations, validations, commissioning, BMS, and full project delivery. Though AC is the core focus, ventilation and wide-ranging mechanical knowledge would be beneficial.
