A leading NHS Primary Care provider in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Practitioner. The role focuses on improving patients' outcomes, particularly in diabetes, and involves mentoring trainees. We offer a flexible approach to division of roles and responsibilities within our small friendly and experienced practice team. The clinical teams are also well supported by an excellent administration and management team; this allows our GPs to concentrate on clinical work. We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced GP looking to take a leading role in improving patients' outcomes especially in areas such as diabetes and contributing towards redesigning services locally by representing the practice at PCN and ICSS level. We host various trainees (GP Speciality training Registrars, Pre Reg-Pharmacists, Nursing Associate etc.) We are keen to recruit a GP who is willing to mentor some of our current trainees or students in the practice. You will be a team player who is keen to support and contribute to our program of continuous improvements and clinical meetings and work with us to ensure we maintain our high QOF results. They may manage more than one related clinical service, so long as they are not over committed, or manage a single Practice site overseeing the clinical services running within the practice. The Practice lead will also be expected to provide clinical services to patients registered on the practice list as set out in the Salaried GP job specification.
