You’ll lead by example, coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding service, resolve issues with empathy, and promote our brand values at every opportunity. You’ll take ownership of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service standards across the store. Whether it’s supporting front-end operations, managing feedback, or driving service improvements, you’ll make sure our store is a place customers love to shop.

• Experience managing or supervising in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A passion for customer service and team development.
• Confidence in handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
