Do you like things to be neat, organised, and in their right place? Want to make a real difference behind the scenes? We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on volunteer to help manage and maintain vital therapy equipment at Brightwater Madeley – from wheelchairs and hoist slings to footplates and mobility aids. Your practical support helps ensure our residents receive safe, comfortable care every day.

What You’ll Do

• Make sure equipment is in the right place and ready to go
• Match up parts (e.g. footplates to the correct wheelchairs)
• Clean and maintain equipment to keep it safe and tidy
• Move equipment to storage when needed (involves light lifting and moving empty wheelchairs)

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is organised, practical, and enjoys being active
• No experience needed – training provided
• Basic computer skills helpful (but not essential)
• A positive attitude and readiness to learn

Requirements

• Completion of Brightwater’s online training
• Current National Police Check (NPC)
